SOL-I.S. Technology Solutions was founded in 2009 by Troy Solis, a U.S. Navy veteran whose career began as a radar and radio electronics technician working on systems where failure was not an option.
After eight years of military service, Troy transitioned into the medical device industry, advancing from R&D electronics to IT leadership and consulting roles. That experience shaped his belief that technology should be engineered for reliability, security, and real-world performance, not theoretical perfection.
